Delivery Policy: Delivery throughout Malaysia

Gas Cylinders

All cylinders ordered from the Linde Malaysia eShop are shipped from Linde Malaysia’s plants via Linde Malaysia’s national delivery service. eShop customers can view their order status through My Account.

Delivery customers - Linde Malaysia offers cylinders delivery as per lead times stated below, provided orders are recieved online before 4pm (Monday - Friday) or 12pm (Saturday) on the previous working day, subject to availability:

  • Location within Central & Klang Valley: 1-2 working days
  • Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days (out-of-town)
  • East Malaysia: 3-7 working days
  • For orders received on Sunday or public holiday, the delivery lead time will be at least 2 working days.

Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day, with the above conditions applied.

Please ensure you have provided a physical address upon checkout to avoid delays to your shipment, as we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Products shall be delivered within a 15 metre radius from the truck/drop-off point and delivery will be made on ground floor only.

New customers (Cash Account & Credit Account) – First delivery to a new customer will be made on receipt of deposit and rental payments for the cylinder.

For cylinder orders, the following charges are applicable:

  • Cylinder deposit,
  • Advanced rental (12 months), and
  • Product charge

Cylinder deposit is refundable upon return of the cylinder in working condition. However, after 12 months from order date, if the customer does not return the cylinder, the deposit will be forfeited. The cylinder will be treated as an outright sale to the customer.

Where customer requests for collection of empty cylinders only (with no new order), then a charge applies.

If the 1st delivery attempt fails due to any reason(s) other than caused by Linde,   Linde reserves the right charge the customer for subsequent deliveries.

Hardgoods and Equipment

Delivery Customers

Delivery Customers – Linde Malaysia offers hardgoods delivery as per the lead times stated below, provided orders are received online before 4pm (Monday – Friday) or 12pm (Sat) on the previous working day, subject to availability: 

  • Location within Central & Klang Valley : 1-2 working days
  • Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days (out of town)
  • East Malaysia: 3-7 working days
  • Certain regulators: up to 3-5 weeks

Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day, with the above conditions applied.

However, under some conditions including, but not limited to geographic restrictions, political or social unrest, weather and atmospheric conditions, and other factors outside of our control, Linde Malaysia may not be able to deliver within the estimated timeframe.

Collect Customers

Ordered products are available for collection from Linde Malaysia’s Sales Centres on the next working day (i.e., Monday - Saturday) following order placement; provided the online order is received before 4 pm (Mon-Fri) or 12pm (Sat) of the previous working day, subject to availability.

Receipt of large, heavy and bulky goods

You may require a personal lifting device to offload some goods at your delivery site, such as a forklift. This is not included as part of Linde Malaysia’s delivery service. For specific enquiries about delivery of large items like Mig machines, or large quantities of items, including pallets of wire, please contact our Customer Care Centre at 1800 883 888 prior to your order to determine if you will need to supply lifting equipment at the delivery address.

Delivery – International Shipping

Linde Malaysia does not offer international shipping for online sales to destinations outside of Malaysia. For international sales please contact Linde within your local geography.

Changes to Delivery Charges

Linde Malaysia reserves the right to change our delivery charges without prior notice, including changing from or to free delivery. The revised delivery charges will apply to all sales made from the date of the change, including all sales that are incomplete at the time of the change. A sale is incomplete until payment has been accepted through Linde.
