This section outlines Terms & Conditions for our customers and suppliers.

General Terms and Conditions of Supply for Customers

These terms and conditions apply to BOC Australia’s supply of goods and services to customers, except to the extent that customers have negotiated any changes in writing to these terms and/or customers have signed a written supply agreement with us. The terms and conditions were last updated on 1 November 2023 and apply to all transactions from that date.

Customer Terms & Conditions

  • Cheaper overall gas supply prices apply only to those customers who are currently charged handling fees
  • Online prices do not always vary from in-store prices for all products.
  • Items ordered for pick up in-store will be reserved only for pick up in-store customers.
  • Items ordered for pick up in-store will be held at the Gas & Gear for 7 days after which the nominated Gas & Gear will contact the customer
  • Pick up in-store is currently not available for EDI customers.
  • Pick up in-store is currently not available for customers who transact through an Equipment partner.
  • If the customer orders an item and it is unavailable for collection, BOC will contact the customer and discuss with them when the product will be available for collection.
  • Customers can select to pick up the items ordered within 7 days of placing their order online.
  • The pick up in-store offer is only available for online orders.
  • Goods can only be collected during store opening hours.
  • If the customer wishes to cancel their order the usual BOC refund policy will be applied.

General Terms and Conditions of Purchase for Suppliers

These terms and conditions apply to all orders of goods and services by BOC Limited from suppliers.
